Nancy is the most patient and helpful person I've ever met. Help me alot! And I love this app, it can help my store for there are so much products, Although there are many functions in this app that I haven't used yet, But I believe it is absolutely a super search app, with first-class customer service !

Development Team and Chat Support BEYOND AMAZING!!! Had some theme customizations done that needed to be reflected on the filter and search app and their team was QUICK AND EFFICIENT in getting it done for a fair price. While the app seems a bit expensive and deceptive, and we had NO IDEA that 3000 products would cost more than $14.99/month, but it was our misunderstanding of the differences in the plans. Overall this app and development team is top notch and worth it!!! We will actually be installing on a second shopify site we have.
This app is so good and works pretty well in our website. I asked the customer service to change a couple of things and they reacted quickly, thank you!
I would absolutely recommend this app to others. I installed the app and after working out the filters I am so happy with it. I love the dashboard and being able to follow all the analytics of my filters. ALSO the app wasn't compatible with my theme straight away so it change one or two things. I contacted the team and within 24 hours they had adapted the app to be compatible with my theme and now it is amazing! Honestly amazing customer service. Strongly recommend.
WOW. Literally the best support I've ever had on any app in the shopify store. I followed all the steps to do this myself but did have 2 lingering issues. The chat support fixed it right away for me. Top notch! You won a customer!

UPDATE - Getting very annoyed with how many times their servers go down. And when they do they turn off their chat help function. Incredibly frustrating.
