But today, they out did themselves. I needed two small, customised tweaks to my Search Settings and twenty minutes later, it was done.

When you decide to uninstall this application, it continues to affect your theme. This seems to be the punishment they reserve for people who aren't interested in their service. Strangely enough, I'm not the first to complain about this. I had to reinstall my theme and start all over again from ZERO.

Our app includes a built-in "Theme Revert" feature, which is designed specifically to remove all app-related code from your theme automatically. However, this feature needs to be used before uninstalling the app. Once it’s removed from your store, it no longer has the necessary access to revert the theme changes. We always aim to provide prompt support through live chat and email, and our team is happy to assist with theme cleanup whenever needed. Please feel free to reach out if you need further assistance.
I am in the setting phase of the app, and not really sure it will fit all the boxes for me, however I must say it out loud, their support team is on another level.
App seems to be more responsive compared to other similar apps.

I had a great experience with the support team during setup. I ran into a layout issue after updating my theme, and Nancy was incredibly helpful and quick to respond.

this app is very powerful and does a great job. There are a few things that you can't do yourself as it's in HTML but help assists and does for you which is better. It does a great job of refining searches - just takes a bit to figure it out.

if you take decision to uninstall this app it will affect your theme coding badly and make your pages reload itself

It’s essential to use this feature before uninstalling the app, as once the app is removed, it no longer has access to your store and cannot clean up any remaining code.
If the "Theme Revert" feature isn’t used before uninstalling, your store will default back to the original collection and search template. We also provide live chat and email support for any assistance you may need, with our team typically responding very promptly.
After checking your live theme, we did not find any code related to our app. Please let us know if there’s anything more we can do to assist you.
