Great app, with excellent support. We've been using the app for roughly 8 months now and we are always impressed with the functionality and speed on the site.
They fully customised it to our web theme, and whenever we ask for changes/updates they are done within 24 hours, with problems being fixed much more quickly.

This app has made it much easier for customers to find exactly what they're looking for in our store. DANGER, do not install in your shopify store. I tested this site out for a few hours, then uninstalled, and the program left code across my site that could not be removed, and I had to pay someone to remove the code that was left AFTER the uninstall.
To Soboosters credit, they replied fairly quickly, but they really need to fix this issue where code is still left on the site AFTER uninstalling that affects the site.
We regret the inconvenience this situation caused. The app does include a Theme Revert option that can automatically remove all app-related code from your theme, but it needs to be applied prior to uninstalling the app. After the app is removed, it no longer has permission to make changes to the theme.

It is an virus. If you delete the app. It slows down your store loading. Yours products will not load.
Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear about your experience. Our app has a "Theme Revert" feature to automatically remove all app-related codes from your theme. It's important to use this feature before uninstalling the app because once the app is deleted, it can no longer access your store to clean up the code.
If the "Theme Revert" is not used prior to uninstallation, the store will use the original collection and search template. We also offer live chat and email support for any assistance you might need and typically respond almost immediately. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any record of an email or support request from your store regarding this issue.

I used this app when another filtering / search program didn't work properly. A few click install and about a 30minute configuration later it was working perfectly. The team also fixed a slight currency conversion bug within a couple o f days and were very responsive. 10/10 would recommend
