I had difficulties with the app and wanted to uninstall it but I thought I'd ask the support first I had a lady called Nancy in the support very polite she explained everything to me the app is super the customer support is wonderful I kept the app and am happy with it

Deleted this app and it still bugs on my site!
We apologize for any inconvenience you've experienced. Our app includes a "Theme Revert" feature specifically designed to automatically remove all app-related code from your theme. It’s essential to use this feature before uninstalling, as once the app is deleted, it no longer has access to your store and cannot clean up any remaining code.
If the "Theme Revert" feature isn’t used prior to uninstalling, your store will default to the original collection and search template. We also offer live chat and email support for any assistance you may need, and our team typically responds almost immediately. Please let us know if there’s anything further we can do to assist you.
Not only did this app not do what I want, following the removal steps doesn't work either. This horrible app is a complete waste of time.

Easy to use and didn't slow down the website.
With a large inventory we was worried that adding a 3rd party filter would slow down the website, but has worked well.
We like their metafield options for filtering.

This app have the cleanest UI among the apps we researched. When choosing an app, we prioritized the four things in our search:

1. Clean UI
Among the filter apps we researched, this app has the cleanest filter menu.
2. Merged color option
This is the most important part for us. We have a wide range of colors for each product, so we didn't want all the colors to be displayed in the filter. However, this app offers a merged color feature, allowing us to select 10 colors as reference points and categorize all our colors. The only downside is that not all listings are displayed in color, so if there are multiple colors like Black and Black denim, only one color is chosen to be displayed for each product, which is disappointing.
3. Customizing filter menu
We wanted to customize menus that weren't provided before. Moreover, we wanted these menus to be implemented with checkboxes like other menus, so users could easily click to view them. We requested customer service to solve this issue with our store-specific coding.
4. Friendly customer service
Initially, it was difficult to get in touch, but we continued to contact them via email, messages, etc., and they made efforts to address the issues we encountered. We are grateful for their efforts to provide answers and resolve issues to the best of their ability. Thank you very much.

Great app, main reason for this is the customer support. Always very quick and helpful when issues arise with app and adjusting certain things. If you have a large store with a need for very specific filters I highly suggest this app as it is easy to customise.

Awesome app for those who are looking for flexibility in making the product page look more user-friendly (color filters, size filters, the list goes on)

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This app will cause you nothing but stress.
I've changed prices today which are displaying on the product page only, but not the collection page. The app is now down and I cannot contact customer support, and had to cancel my entire campaign.
This is not the first issue we have had. We have published products which have not appeared on the website, and had to uninstall the app. Another time when a new product was published, it was displaying with no images and randomly a 404 redirect blog at the top of the page.
This review is to help other merchants to avoid this, as I promise you that you will experience nothing but issues and general slowdown/malfunction of your website.
