Shopify's built in Instant Search is something but AI Search & Product Filter is something else! As your business grows, merchandising rules are important to bubble up certain products or hide products based on search queries. From a Developer's perspective the customization with the built in Vue.js templates are a game changer for us. The backend of the app has nearly infinite options for refining the customer-facing search experience. Support is very responsive and helpful! Thank you AI Search & Product Filter.

The best search and filter app we've found. While costly and without "pause" function for seasonal stores they make up for it by having great support and if you remove the app between seasons they can keep your settings until you install again.

Among the array of apps available on the market, AI Search and Filter has successfully met all my requirements. Before making my decision to go with the USF app, I setup and tested multiple different Search & Filtering apps on a test store and none came close to matching the theme design out the box. This app matches your theme design nearly 95%, and then working through their excellent support team, they customised whatever was remaining to match the theme design - these guys were very helpful, especially Dong - thank you for your help! The functionality out the box with the USF app is great too, and through their Admin Dashboard you can configure your search to pretty much the N-th degree, and what you cannot figure out their support team will help you with. I highly recommend this app.

I really and truly am happy with the cusotmer service and how the filter system turned out. The customer service responds in seconds and has the page fixed exactly to your liking. There filter system also works flawlessly havent had any problems

We were reviewing the app expenses and noticed that we've been charged $89 USD per month, even though the most expensive plan listed on the Shopify store is $69.99! We don't understand why we've been overcharged, especially considering we have a website with only a few items. We find it very unfair that apps take advantage in this way.
