Very bad customer support. all of sudden app does not work, no one care to fix it

Title: Poor Support & Non-Functional App – Avoid

I installed the Ultimate Size app hoping it would help streamline sizing for our customers. Unfortunately, the app never worked as expected — charts wouldn't load properly, and integration was inconsistent across product pages.

What’s worse is the complete lack of support. I’ve contacted the developers multiple times over the past two months with no reply whatsoever. Not even an acknowledgment. For an app that’s supposed to enhance the customer experience, it has done the exact opposite.

It’s incredibly disappointing to see such poor service, especially for a paid app on the Shopify ecosystem. If you're considering this app, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — there are better alternatives with actual support and working functionality.

Until the issues are fixed and the team starts responding, this app is a waste of time and money.

Size chart is very glitchy and customer service is horrible. I do not recommend this app to anyone.

We have been trying to contact support for over a month. We tried all emails and contact form that we were able to find in their app. No one ever answered. Buyers beware!

I wish I could leave a good review because it looks like a nice app but unfortunately after I have installed it a few days ago I am still having an issue on mobile and iPad version... i tried to get in touch with support and as of today I still did not get any answer... now my 3 days trial is over and I guessed I will be charge for an app that simply did not work as expected... waste of money and waste of time...

The Pathic App lacks essential video tutorials, making it difficult for users to navigate and understand its features. I encountered several issues where the app wasn't functioning properly. Despite multiple attempts to troubleshoot, the problems persisted, rendering the app nearly unusable. The user interface also feels unintuitive and clunky, adding to the overall frustration. I hope the developers address these issues soon to improve the user experience.
