I was having a hard time getting everything working between Shopify and Umbrella. As someone new to Shopify app integrations, I quickly realized there are a lot of moving parts, and getting everything to function the way you want can be challenging.

Their support made the process much easier to navigate. Feliks in particular was incredibly patient, and I truly appreciate all of them sticking with me every step of the way. THANK YOU TEAM UMBRELLA!

After trying a few other options to offer a protection plan to our customers, I found Umbrella. The product is very clean and easy to use. Best of all is their customer support. It is top tier! I don't generally do reviews, but this product is well deserving. Good Luck Umbrella team and thanks for the help!

Umbrella has been great for us. The ability to customize warranties by product or collection is a huge plus. Our customers like having the option and it has actually turned into a solid revenue stream for us. Easy to set up, simple to manage, and truly adds value.

I rarely leave app reviews, but this one has been such a game changer. Our store was previously using Mulberry for warranty coverage, but we wanted more control of coverage specifics and managing claims. Our customers were not to fond of having to submit claims through a 3rd party company. We then tried Webkul as a self-managed solution. The app technically worked, but not without bugs and a frustrating back and forth with their support. We then came across this app and were hesitant at first since it is a newer app. I reached out to Umbrella's support team and was connected with Feliks, who was a huge help! He walked us through everything and helped us get setup properly. We have been using this app for a week now and it is exactly what we were looking for. We can now fully customize warranties for each product or collection and manage claims internally. If you are in a similar position, reach out to the Umbrella Support and ask for Feliks, he is the man!
