Mike's handling of our Flightpath perfectly combined patience, understanding and product knowledge. This provided us with great confidence whilst transitioning from our previous software, to the far superior Unleashed product. He is great Ambassador for the Unleashed company and ensured we had a perfect introductory experience.
I feel like I have had one of the worst experiences to date. So far, I haven't been able to get any help unless it is done on their timeline, and they do not seem very urgent about it as a customer.

Unleashed integrates pretty well with Shopify managing the the inventory of our products on Shopify. It is easy to pull reports on Unleashed as well for costing. Due to our nature of business we have lots of BOM which Unleashed handles easily. The biggest annoyance I have is that Unleashed cannot push inventory for multiple warehouse to its corresponding warehouse on Shopify. Their advice is to ...
Unleashed has made managing our inventory 10X easier. Super easy-to-use interface, saves us hours when processing orders and replenishing stock, and the customer support team was amazing. The Unleashed University videos are also great for understanding all the different features of the software.
