Several people I know use this app and really like it for what it allows them to do in their stores. Excited, I put the app in my store, but the coding for my theme just didn't look enough like what the instructions showed for me to feel confident about installing it.

This morning I wrote an email to Philip and within just a few minutes, he replied and after several emails back and forth, he applied the coding and now I'm on my way! I can't say enough for how quick and efficient the support was for me with this app.

We tried all other Up-sell apps in Shopify but due to our theme's limitations, none of these apps worked as expected. Either they did not show pop-up on upsell or they had bugs.

The guys at Spur-IT actually patiently integrated their app to our website without any material changes. It works beautifully as expected and is easy to work with both on mobile and web.

Hats off to these guys!

Awesome App! Especially as it's free. It's still in beta, so I won't give it 5 stars yet. Some things need streamlining. It would be great if we could duplicate offers in the future.

Customer service however, was 5 star. Quick, polite responses and sorted my issue very quickly.

I'm extremely happy with the unlimited upsell app. I've tried using the Bold upsell app but the customer service was lacking. The Unlimited upsell app is a better app and the customer service is amazing.

Great customer support, I've had a few questions regarding the product and found their online support to be prompt and helpful.

One feature I would like to see, is having multiple upsells that work in conjunction with my Quantity Breaks app.

This app is brilliant, simple and glitch free in the sense that it doesn't crash whatsoever. The best part is being that it's free, has excellent support and great ideas. There are one or two things 8UpSell needs to do to improve this product which they are aware of (we've had some communication with them) but quite honestly, the mirror app offered by Bold Apps, that charge for almost the same app, is just not as good as this app offered by 8UpSell. If this was a paid app we'd give 4 stars but because it's free we really can't complain. Top job guys!

This app is working very well. It looses a star because immediately after you add the discounted item to cart, on my store at least, the customer can change quantity on the discounted items. They could then potentially have extra discounted merch which I will have to remove. It hasn't been an issue yet, but worried it could be! If it becomes an issue, then the rating will really drop.
