SpurIT BOGO Free Gift Upsell

We've used this app for a long time. It does the job well and we have had lots of extra sales from it. It's not the best visually but we had a look at some other ones recently and this one seemed to fit our needs better than the others. Also support is FAB!!!

Awesome App! Especially as it's free. It's still in beta, so I won't give it 5 stars yet. Some things need streamlining. It would be great if we could duplicate offers in the future.

Customer service however, was 5 star. Quick, polite responses and sorted my issue very quickly.

Great customer support, I've had a few questions regarding the product and found their online support to be prompt and helpful.

One feature I would like to see, is having multiple upsells that work in conjunction with my Quantity Breaks app.

Good app that has helped us sell more stuff.

This app is working very well. It looses a star because immediately after you add the discounted item to cart, on my store at least, the customer can change quantity on the discounted items. They could then potentially have extra discounted merch which I will have to remove. It hasn't been an issue yet, but worried it could be! If it becomes an issue, then the rating will really drop.

A great app that is easy to use and really does pay for itself.

Some improvements could be made: -
The ability to copy and paste offers as creating the same offer for different product ranges is time consuming.
Reporting by offer so we can understand which offers are working the hardest

Good app, takes a little work but it's worth the effort.

I absolutely love your app. I think its the best out there. You have more features that everyone and its the most customizable. The ONLY reason I give a 4 and not a 5 is because when you create your offer and add products to show when a customer checks out it doesnt show the discounted price....For ex if i create an offer where "add item item to your cart and receive 30% off your entire order. When showing the additional items that i chose to add they show the full price when they should show what they would cost with the 30% off. If you could do this and have it to where it auto populates no one could hold a candle to you guys. I mean that would make this app the sweetest out there. All in all great app

We like this app. We do wish there was an "on/off" feature. As it stands every time we want to pause the offer, we have to go in and change the date. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use.

The app is extremely helpful to my store in cross-selling additional products.
