Download the app and now suscribed with normal plan and no price is being fulfilled and it is not active. Send message on support no reply.
Can anyone assist on it ?
BEWARE!! They CHARGE WITHOUT USAGE TOO. They charged me for 1.5 year; monthly 39$ where as I had stopped the app and also the shopify account (no orders) for throughout this period.
Not even refunding the amount even while shopify support team themselves have written that the application owners will refund as there is no usage.
This app is easy to use and user friendly. Provides all necessary details of the orders passing through and Support is also very quick.
The customer care support is very much supportive. It was a Great Experience using your application.
Perfect support - very friendly, recommended. They helped in integration- fast response. The app itself works great, a bit expensive though.
