I’ve been using UpCart for a while, and the app itself has potential — but the customer service is absolutely terrible. They take forever to respond (if they even reply at all), and when they do, the answers are generic and unhelpful. It feels like they don’t actually read what you write or care about solving your issue. I’ve spent hours trying to fix simple problems that should have been resolved in minutes if proper support existed. Definitely not what you expect from a paid Shopify app.
Amazing support. I had problems to find the correct fields in the Dashboard. Michelle helped me very quickly. I really recommend Upcart.
