works perfect, I initially forgot to set it as active and was wondering what happened. I used the chat box and immediately was assisted by the support staff who guided me through activating the upsell. Now it works perfectly.

The support from this company has been nothing but amazing. The app is well-built. Both functionalities, ux and ui speak quality. Only some things worked perfectly for our specific needs just out of the box, but Pierre from the support had solutions ready and waiting to solve all our problems and make the app almost custom fit for our case. I would 100% recommend this app and the people behind it.
Update: After a year of continuous usage of this app, I can easily recommend it to anyone. The team is always ready to help us out with anything that comes up on our journey. Thanks to Michelle for her prompt response to our needs in the aesthetics department :)
Pierre was great with assisting on setting up my cart - adjusted some coding and rounded out my buttons to match my theme. Appreciate the help so far and will report back in regards to the value added. So far help is great!

This is way better than those other upsell apps! Customer service is 5 star as well... super quick to respond, friendly, and super helpful. You would be daft to pass on this app!
