Goes down multiple times a day, for at least an hour sometimes longer. It causes a lot of down time for employees hired specifically for adding product to our website.
Support is non-existent.
If they fix these problems it would be a 5 star App. But until then its only a 1 star app.

This app is extremely helpful and saves a lot of time. Just wish that more than one imagines copies over, having a field to add tags, collections, and Product category. Another helpful option would be having the capability to view multiple sources and choosing which description works best or the option to choose where the data can pull from.
