Lo siento, encima que sois caros esto ya es abuso.
Charges are handled 100% by Shopify, it is IMPOSSIBLE for app developers to charge for anything not previously agreed upon by the merchant.
To Marcos; we already replied to your email, the charges where from two SEPARATE months, sometimes Shopify combines the charges from two months into one (based on your payment cycle).

I have used this app on and off and it seemed to be working fine but recently my customers have started to complain that it missed uploading the file a few times. I am losing business because of this.
*so they replied stating it is a problem with my theme (my site has same theme for 2 years now) . You guys just do not want to accept the problem and keep passing the blame to something else. Disappointing!
Hi Merchant, our app is used on thousands of stores without issues. There is most likely an issue on your theme, please reach out via the support button in the app and our team will check it!
Update: our app uses google cloud for file uploading, which is one of the most reliable upload services that exist on the internet. This merchant has been using our app (of course on the free plan) for two years, we always offer setup checks even on the free plan!
¡Pésima experiencia! La app no funciona y nadie da soluciones.
Subí mi diseño con Upload Lift y desde entonces ha sido un desastre. La aplicación simplemente NO FUNCIONA como debería, y para colmo, el soporte técnico no soluciona nada. Te atienden desde la India con respuestas automáticas que no resuelven el problema real. Es frustrante, pierdes tiempo y dinero. No recomiendo esta app a nadie que se tome su negocio en serio. y para el colmo ellos mismo te borran la app vaya sin verguenzas

2. Merchant was using the FREE plan.
3. Our technical support is one of the best of Shopify.
4. Merchant was writing unprofessional messages. (same as this Review)
Instead of fixing their mistakes, they just dismiss you: Great, the app store is a free market, our app does not seem to be a great fit for you.
You can find the best app that meets your needs.
Merchant was sending disrespectful emails. We told them very nicely that the app is not a great fit.
