I just installed this app to test out the crop/image size functionality. As I was installing a few features (like show image preview on product page) something happened. BUT, support was amazing. I started a chat with Mandy who understood the issue immediately. She then connected me with Logan who was able to fix my code completely. I am very impressed by their swift response. I look forward to trying out the app in the coming days and will add their swift help response in the column of reasons to keep the app going.

Incredibly useful plugin, there isn't an app out there that offers the same file size limit for uploads. Love it.

Great app, easy to work with. Struggled with the install, but the ShopPad guys fixed it for me with no extra charge.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. The follow up support was also incredible. Whenever I need help with coding or adjusting the app, I simply contact the developers and they have everything done for me. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a file uploading service on their site.

Great support, plugin works perfectly as described...I had a small issue at first, but they literally fixed it (plus offered their advice about my product description) within like 12 hours or something? Awesome! Will continue using.

My experience of using this App has been first class. The quick Customer Service and very polite email responses has been fabulous. They have gone above and beyond. I would recommend the app.

Haven't even paid for their service, and the customer support is overwhelmingly helpful! Great product so far!
