Downloaded and slacked a bit in getting myself started, but Spently did not disappoint. Gave me a phone call and some direct help putting together our templates and getting us going! Finally a company that puts fourth effort to make sure your getting the most from your money. Thanks Spently!

Quick and easy to make some pretty good looking emails! Plus the templates come with easy to follow instructions and tips on how to make the best use of them.
Easy to set up and it looks professional. Its also free which helps me save a lot of cost since I'm just starting.

What I enjoy about this app is how it uses unique codes per customer so they don't get picked up by the coupon websites. Also the code is based on the customers name to add that personal touch. I haven't built out all of my automation emails yet, however I see them as being very powerful once you know how often your customers are needing to buy your products.
I just started using the auto emails and they look amazing! Plus, the customer service has been so helpful. The instant chat with their reps is quick and easy. So far I'm very happy with the app!
