UpOrder (formerly Spently)

This app has saved me from any dispair that I could possibly have when it comes to follow up emails with my customers and being new to ecommerce. It is absolutely amazing!!! When my wholesalers in China fulfill orders when its 3am here in Cali, Spently sent a follow up email to the customer letting them know it was on its way at 3am. Set it up and it has been running like a charm. And the cutomer support people particularly Nick has been patient and detailed when giving instructions. I couldn't have made a better investment for my new business. Headache free and worth every penny! Thank you!!!

Customer service is truly the best. Callum took his time to explain and demonstrate through video call different options of the app. Also he gave good advice on best and most appealing ways for email marketing. Super happy!

A money maker! We installed this app less than 1 month ago on the Basic plan to test it out. Just upgraded to the Super plan to accommodate our volume..so far over $600.00 in extra sales. Thank you Spently!

AMAZING! We just finished our free trial, but the entire process has been seamless thanks to the Spently team!! Everything from the set-up to onboarding has been exceptional. They even scheduled calls in advance to discuss any questions we had and how the ROI on our email campaigns has already set-in within a week!

I love pretty much everything about Shopify, but I'm surprised at how basic their email templates are. I was so happy when I found Spently as my emails are all branded and professional looking now. There's a slight learning curve to use it, but it's extremely slight and well worth it!

Love these templates! Our emails are now cohesive with our branding and look awesome.
The app was super easy to set up, the templates provide a lot of room for customization, the instructions are clear, and the interface is super intuitive.
Kudos to the developers for creating such a needed product and for being such nice humans.

Great app, with real benefits to the notification areas

Spently is a great app for emails sent for the shop on orders. We have had issues updating our logo to a most recent version, but these issues aren't cause for concern to not give a 5-star rating. Overall, I'm very please with using how the app communicates with Kit and raises our level of professionalism towards new and returning customers.

Only con that I have, is that the Starter Plan would start with 100 monthly orders vs. 50. This would allow for smaller businesses like ours to expand a bit for holiday sales without having to break the budget.
