Loving Spently! It's a little more expensive than their competitors but allows you the flexibility that the others do not. Brilliant app, so glad I found you!

Great app, i highly recommend Spently there personalized emails and coupon code sending really helps customers make there purchase on our site.

We were more than a little surprised at the rudimentary appearance of Shopify's canned email notifications. So, we were very pleased to find this Spently app. It's easy to use and creates some very nice looking emails. It includes all the email variables available through Shopify so we can easily make the modifications we need.

I have looked and looked and now, I think I have found the right email app on shopify, very simple to set up and customise and have seen results in under 2 weeks, hoping the trickle will turn into a raging river. The sign of a good app is when something doesn't go quite right, I had somehow managed to insert some errant CSS into one of the templates, that meant the emails were going out with a "tr>" in them, I could not locate it anywhere, enter Grace and Max from Spently, my tr> problem was gone in short order, so great customer service from an Spently that is sadly missing from some of the app teams on shopify. Now, if only Spently could come up with an app that does everything I need, I'd spend less time sorting out issues and more time on the important stuff knowing there was a company looking after everything

Very easy to install. Setup was smooth with no hickups. Customer service was always there along the way.

I have only just had the Spently team setup my account for me as I was traveling at the time. By the time I arrived home without any questions been asked the account was setup and ready for me to start work. I have asked a few questions after I arrived home and the response was very prompt and I live +15 hours ahead of there time zone.

I give them 5 out of 5 for service.

Amazing Customer service, Tina is very prompt & very helpful. It was my first time starting an online store but Tina answered all my queries very patiently. I would suggest if Spently can make their priced plans affordable ( Upto 30$ per month) , this will help small businesses like me to upgrade to better plans.

Spently is fantastic! The team is very responsive to any questions you may have and really care about you getting the most out of the app. Well worth the money!
