I need help logging into the app and activating my shipping. I am in the UAE and everything was sent via email. My problem is not solved yet.

we've tried to reach out to you a couple of times with different email address. We've also tried to schedule calls with you with one of our onboarding specialist but you did not reach back.

Hello,

we've been trying to reach back to you 5 times but did not hear back from you. Please communicate with us so that we better understand your use case and if this can be handled with this App. Currently it seems like you're not producing any online orders but more through the Shopify POS in your brick&mortar store.

We're also trying to schedule an onboarding call with you to understand the scenario better and provide solutions.
