Great support to set up the app, and easy to use. We had set up the app integration ourselves and wanted to check if we'd done everything correctly. For the past five years, we had been using the ShippyPro application for generating our shipping labels.
We decided to try UPS's native application, and we couldn't be more satisfied.
The app is user-friendly, seamlessly integrated with Shopify, and easily customizable to fit our needs. We requested an additional feature (package weight transfer), and it was implemented within 48 hours.

Great support. Had some questions/issues with the app but the support was great and very fast. Haven't used the app yet as the site in stil in developing but for sure will use it soon. For now 5 Star!
