Thank God, a company that understands that sometimes you need a little tech support where you don't have to wait 2 days to "hopefully" receive some feedback from the developer. I went through 4 of these cross sell apps before it got here and got so upset with the other developers because they had this sort of "tough sh*t" attitude if you need help. I contacted this developer and they were more than willing to help. After a 5 minute phone call I was good to go. The app is pretty easy and works well. I wish it had bulk editing. A very useful and simple app. Support is very helpful and has quick response. They solved 2 of my issues instantly. Very easy way to add cross sells both at products and cart pages.

The support level of this app is gorgeous and really fast, that's why I decided to not only use the trial period but also to have it installed for good. I have to say however, that display and outlook is quite simple, nothing fancy, you are able to edit your CSS but of course you need to know about it. Apart from the simple design, the app really fulfills its job and if you have any trouble, the most amazing thing is the support team which for me counts really a lot.
