The Upsell & Cross Sell app is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for both beginners and experienced users to navigate and implement. The installation process was straightforward, and the app seamlessly integrated with my existing website and shopping cart system without any issues. It saved me from the headache of complicated installations or needing to hire a developer.

I asked for a design change and their support did it within 5 minutes.. I expected to wait for at least 1 hour but it was done within 5 minutes EXACTLY as how I wanted it.

I gave them access to my store to fix some small things (like the color of the button), but they broke my store. It's not responsive anymore!

Customer Service was great. I had setup the offer but it wasnt coming on my online store. Gentleman called Shiva helped through the process. Quite easy once he showed it to me. Look forward to using this app more. Thanks

2nd UPDATE-
I have continued working with customer service on tweaks or appearance and they ALAWAY have delivered and made any changes I have requested. If I had to find any downside to this app is I wish there was a way to pair a collection with a collection, instead of having to pick individual matches. Such as match the top collection with the bottoms collection and accessories collections. Though I still do not consider it as a negative. UPDATE-
The Customer Service has been AMAZING. They are very receptive and gone above and beyond to help me make placement changes and setup. I look forward to continuing working with them on the Upsell App, very excited. After researching upsell apps for awhile, I am very glad I picked this one!!
