1. This app is fantastic! The customer service is outstanding. When I encountered a minor issue, the support team stepped in and provided assistance. I would highly recommend this app. After our store was hacked, we are in the process of rebuilding and have returned to upsell and cross-sell for our store once more.

EDIT 07 Oct 2024: Updating my review below from 2 stars to 5 stars based on response from App Support received today (in 'quotes' below)... really appreciate the effort and accept your response as more than satisfactory. I will look to reinstall the App soon, and will take you up on the offer of support for customisation then.
[Quote] I would like to clarify that since the billing is under Shopify's control and we do not have a way to check if the app is enabled or disabled in a store, the app's charges will continue as long as the app is installed in the store. This is the nature of apps in the Shopify app store, and unfortunately, it is out of our control.
We completely understand your concern that you have not been using our app, and we are willing to process the refund. We are also more than willing to customize the app widgets for you to suit your needs, as we regularly do for our other customers when they reach out to us via live chat, Zoom call, or email.

Original review: Limited features, doesn't offer the flexibility needed. While I did get some increases to cart value, I had more abandoned carts where this app showed than without the app... the pop-up is too large and intrusive and not crystal clear what a user needs to do to continue with their purchase. Don't agree with the pricing plan, you're charged even when you have nothing deployed in the app, you start to get billed once you go over 50 orders in a month, just for having the app installed, even when no upsells, cross sells, etc have been activated. Lastly, I uninstalled the app but I am still being charged and there's no customer support email / link. If I am charged again next month while I don't even have the app installed, I will be seeking a full refund.
