Quickest customer service ever - I had a small issue that needed to be resolved, and I got an answer and solution in litererally less than 2 minutes from Suriyaa. Just brilliant. Goes to show they take their product and customer service seriously. Highly recommended.

i had a small addon item wanted people to add to cart for 5$. Did the trial. Did 4 sales of the this 5$ item out of 20 click. This works decent for small value items that have smaller profit margins but you are charged by total number of store sales, Not by clicks or purchases on the actual add on item. I had 5 clicks and 4 sales which is good click through. I am hoping they will have pricing model that goes by click instead of total store sales. I have been informed they are working on this!
We regret the inconvenience caused. As explained in our previous email communication, we have already provided you with the app credit of $8.99, as Shopify has not yet sent us the actual subscription charge to provide a direct refund. Please reach out to Shopify if the app credit has not reached you yet, as it is under Shopify's control.
Regarding the offer widget issue, we would have preferred that you reach out to us directly so we could have consulted our tech team for a solution. If possible, please re-install the app, and we’ll be happy to assist you further.
EDIT 07 Oct 2024: Updating my review below from 2 stars to 5 stars based on response from App Support received today (in 'quotes' below)... really appreciate the effort and accept your response as more than satisfactory. I will look to reinstall the App soon, and will take you up on the offer of support for customisation then.

We completely understand your concern that you have not been using our app, and we are willing to process the refund. We are also more than willing to customize the app widgets for you to suit your needs, as we regularly do for our other customers when they reach out to us via live chat, Zoom call, or email.

Original review: Limited features, doesn't offer the flexibility needed. While I did get some increases to cart value, I had more abandoned carts where this app showed than without the app... the pop-up is too large and intrusive and not crystal clear what a user needs to do to continue with their purchase. Don't agree with the pricing plan, you're charged even when you have nothing deployed in the app, you start to get billed once you go over 50 orders in a month, just for having the app installed, even when no upsells, cross sells, etc have been activated. Lastly, I uninstalled the app but I am still being charged and there's no customer support email / link. If I am charged again next month while I don't even have the app installed, I will be seeking a full refund.

Febin was very patient and answered all of my questions. His explanations was clear and concise. He got my frequently bought together working, my cart addons and the priority issue was fixed. On top of that he fixed the add to cart button to help my look uniform.

Great app and really simple to use. Had a recent issue with some formatting of one of the widgets so reached out to the support team, Suriyaa was supert helpful and got the issue resolved in just a few minutes - great support.
