I used to love this app. Recently, there has been a spate of issues specifically with the Thank You Page offer. Customer service is excellent though, they resolved my issues quickly.

Issues I faced were:
1) Thank you page upsell offer had a bug for iOS devices preventing check out
2) Thank you page upsell offer showed prices that were 100x higher than actual, affecting conversion as the prices showed was $2200 vs actual $22
3) Post Purchase Page offer had some payment collection issues, so some products were sold and delivered to customers without receiving the money

First, we are sorry for the difficulties you had to face with the app. I hope we have resolved the issues now. We try our best to work well out of the box, but with the huge number of apps in Shopify and different setups, conflicts do come up occasionally. But we learn and keep improving the app.

App is relative easy to use, had to do a zoom call for fix some formatting issues. Appt was easy to set up. Only complaint was, I had a hard time understanding the tech that helped me. But he was extremely helpful and nice.

The app itself is well designed, you do need to reach out to the team to make specific changes since you do not have many design option. I do have to say that their team and specificly Siva was super friendly and super helpfull. He tried to understand the needs of my webshop. Thanks for developing this app.

This app is exactly what I was looking for. It performs well and I highly recommend adding it if you'd like to encourage higher order values. I think it could be a bit more user-friendly (if you'd like to change the placement and design, you'll likely have to contact their team so they can alter it for you). However, they quickly got to work fixing it for me and now it's exactly how I want it. Thanks!

Like you mentioned we plan to launch a "do it yourself" styling, but being a new app we are adding features one by one. We will get there and until then you have all our support with styling and customization!

I've just started using the app and so far the support has been amazing! Look forward to seeing the product suggestions in cart addition they've said should be coming in a month as that will really make the app meet our needs.

A very straightforward and neat upsell application. Integrates nicely in my store and the only improvement I can think of is additional colour/font options to match one's store more closely. Cheers!

The apps really provide the kind of upsell i've needed. Easy to create the offers and the support team are very helpful and fast in resolving my issues. Totally recommended!

The app gives a lot of options and ways to create your upsell based on your preference. The assistance from customer service was fantastic with a zoom and screensharing. They changed the color and size of the button to match my store. The only downsize to the app is that you can't change the color or font without CSS and you can't change the position of the upsells or pop up on the page without CSS, which other apps do have. But they will change it for you if you tell them what you want and reach out and they have so many options and combinations for upsells, which is rare.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We would like to inform you that we are already working on a "do-it-yourself"(DIY) styling feature and this should roll out in the coming months. For now, since we have multiple widgets and every Shopify theme is unique, we are assisting our customers with styling customization using CSS. We will definitely update you when we release the DIY feature on our app.
