I’m trying to install this app at my shop but it’s not working at all
Upon our inspection of the storefront, we found that the app has not yet been enabled within the Theme's app embed. We have sent you a comprehensive email containing detailed instructions to resolve this. Hope we get to connect with you sooner.
The customer support is genuinely 10/10. My agent was Febin who was so bloody patient with me! I had a million questions, and a more complicated enquiry and he handled it like a champ, and when technical issues on my side started, he was so professional and got us through it, installed it, and set it up exactly how I wanted and talked me through what to do on my end.
