The costumer care are perfect. Very good application, it helped me a lot with my upsell and cross sell funnel.
With all the upsell apps I've tried, this is the best so far. Sarah their support has been helpful too when I can't figure out why the product upsell offer wasn't popping up. She took time to check it with their developer and assisted me to input the right trigger code to make it work right. Thank you so much.
One of the best app on Shopify.

Great app for setting up volume discounts, bundles, upsells and downsells on the product page or in cart. Support team is super helpful and nice, they helped me adjust the CSS to match my theme and did it very well.

We sell meals and we wanted to include an option for people to add extras to the order. UFE was perfect for this, and we were able to customize the style so it would fit our design. Customer support helped us several times, and they were always attentive and helpful.
