This app is awesome, the integration of an upsell and cross sell button is a game changer! Also, the customer service here is sublime! I had a question on how to place my widget in a particular location if my Shopify store and as soon as I asked through the help chat, there was a customer service representative helping me out. My issue was resolved completely in about 2 minutes. 5 STARS!! Thank you so much, I sincerely appreciate all the help and ease this app has given my store, customers and myself as a shopify shop owner!

Just started using this app and boy i tell you, this is definitely the best one i've used! Their customer support is top notch! Had some hiccup setting up my funnel, so i reached out to their support thru app chat. Support rep. Sarah was able to solve my problem and provided me with custom CSS that was needed for my funnel. She is absolutely Genius!
The app is amazing. I highly recommend using the startup plan if you are a beginner. Sarah is really helpful and responds immediately!

I wanted an non-intrusive way to offer discounts to my customers, and was looking for an app that did this "in page" or embedded, not as a pop up. I was glad to see that UFE Cross Sell had most options including an embedded one with option for CSS customization. The menu system is overall a bit complicated, but I got the handle of it pretty quickly. No need for shopify-enabled discount codes as this app does it in-app. There's lots of options here to play around with. A standout feature is the quality customer service and quick turnaround time for fixes. Highly recommended over other, bare bones apps.
