The customer service has definitely improved since my last review. Functionality is great, though there is a steep learning curve and it will take a while to understand all the features. I still think its a bit expensive, but it has a few features no other Cross Sell app has.

Good experience so far! It works just as I need, lots of flexibility and support fixed recent issues I had quickly. It has a lot to offer and I feel I can maximize it even more as time goes on. Nice to have a free structure out of the gate though.

I have been using this app for a while and I like the funnel that it can create, it would take some features to be streamlined to be more intuitive even for the less experienced. As for the assistance I can say that it is 5 stars, very helpful and quick to solve problems. Thanks a lot to Sarah from the team!!

There are still features need to be upgraded with their app. But definitely, their customer service is awesome. They won't leave you empty handed, they will help you until your issue is resolved. Amazing!

Works very well and especially in the free version. Only thing I would recommend not only for this bundle app company but for all of them is to have multiple versions of the layout. Other than that, the app does exactly what you would expect........BUNDLE!

Has been successful for us. Easy to install and lots of options. Excellent and quick support too which is always very helpful when getting going.

There are some functions that don't perform exactly the way I want it to, but for a cross/upsell app it does the job. Support is also very prompt and tries their best to help resolve my issues or find an alternate way to achieve what I want. Appreciate the effort and service they provide.
