Koala Free Gift BOGO Gifts

I was having issues with my checkout and initially thought it was caused by the app. Max jumped in right away to help,we tried a few things within the app, but nothing seemed to fix it. Then Max went a step further and checked my Shopify dashboard. Turns out, my own manually set discounts were conflicting with the ones from Koala, which caused the issue.

Incredible customer service, Max really went above and beyond. And the app itself is great

The app is easy to set up and works seamlessly with our Shopify store. It made upsells and free gift promotions incredibly simple to implement. The support team has been very helpful and quick to respond whenever we had questions. Highly recommend if you're looking to boost your average order value with minimal effort!

The app is expensive, but does the job quite nicely.

Alina and Max assisted me along the way, and fixed the issue I had quite quickly.

I have another feature request for localisation feature for pop up notification. I hope that will get fixed soon.

This app is amazing! I have used various different offer apps and ended up paying a lot of money for one because (a) it worked, and (b) it did nearly everything I wanted it to.

Then I found this one and it seemed too good to be true, affordable and with ALL the features I want, plus some I didn't know I did until I started creating offers.

The bonus is that if you need help, you are not on your own - I couldn't work out why a product page widget wasn't displaying on all the products it should be so got in touch via the chat, within a few minutes Max was there and soon identified what I had missed (I was using two different product templates, so it wasn't even an issue with the app).

I've downloaded multiple "free gift" and upsell apps and this one is my favorite, hands down.

I'm not a Shopify expert by any means so the simpler the interface, the happier I am. It's very straight-forward and I was rolling along soon after I downloaded it, adding offers to my site that I've been meaning to do for ages. I trained someone else soon afterward and she's already cruising along herself, knowing nothing else about Shopify!

I love the clean look that the customer sees as well. There are options to customize it with different color variations and custom icons.

Lastly, the customer support is amazing. They are quick to reply, professional, and genuinely listen to feedback so they can make the app better.

I don't have any reason to stop using this!

It was pretty simple to set up a free gift to auto add to cart, Louie was very helpful when I was trying to change the gift icon on the pop up to a different image.
