Koala Free Gift BOGO Upsell

I'm sick of this company. I already pay $599 per year for Upsell Koala. The purpose of the app is to offer upsells to my customers. Now they want me to get a SEPARATE app for a SEPARATE subscription just to be able to do a BOGO upsell. That's ridiculous. I'm unsubscribing from both just because I don't like being taken advantage of.

I was having issues with my checkout and initially thought it was caused by the app. Max jumped in right away to help,we tried a few things within the app, but nothing seemed to fix it. Then Max went a step further and checked my Shopify dashboard. Turns out, my own manually set discounts were conflicting with the ones from Koala, which caused the issue.

I am using the Koala Free Gift app for two weeks so far and seems that everything runs smoothly. I really need to thank their support team as I came across an issue through the set up process which they were able to help me with immediately.

So far this app has done what I need it to without any issues and their support is always helpful when I have any set up questions. Definitely recommend it for automatically adding a free gift with purchase or showing upsell options to customers.

We tried several other apps, but Koala was the first to meet our needs for customer tags and the criteria we were looking to achieve. They provided outstanding customer service, Max in particular. He was competent, capable, and quick to resolve issues.

Conditions work in real time and also in reverse. Support is fast & helpful.
