Estuve buscando por mucho tiempo una app que hiciera lo que hace Koala. La verdad es que no es barata pero si muy util, claramente no es 100% adaptada a la tienda y hay que ajustarse un poco pero funciona perfecto. La verdad es que vale la pena por experiencia a cliente y tambien para tener en el pedido los productos de los packs, para hacer descuentos, regalos a nuestros clientes. Yo personalmente soy muy exigente con el estilo (diseño, colores, fuentes, imagenes) por lo que uso poco el upselling pero me encanta el funcionamiento. La razón por la que lo sigo pagando es para cargar los productos que regalamos en nuestra facturación y que se descuenten de inventario y salgan de bodega correctamente. Gracias! Ah, y el soporte responde a tiempo, que es muy necesario.

Easy to use and very effective

I was looking for an app that would let me target the free gift based on a customer tag.

1. I add a free gift via a pop-up in the cart if a customer did NOT have that tag.

2. I add a different gift if they do have that tag, and automatically place it in the cart, with a three second notification that it was added.

This was surprisingly hard to do with many apps and make it look good to site visitors. Koala has room to improve in terms of giving me flexibility to do better design, but on balance, I'm loving it so far. It gives me 90% of what I need.

Max in customer support was very helpful. I also get the feeling that they take seriously customer requests so I'm optimistic that we'll see some further improvements down the road
