BEWARE! Had the wizard turned on for a few hours and lost a customer because the screen turned black when she went to checkout and couldn't get out of it. She abandoned her cart and never came back. I immediately turned it off and have not had it back on since.
Today I got a strange auto generated email that they did not have any information on the customer requesting their data be removed. I have not had a customer ask to have their data removed. They stated it was to comply with GDPR, however, I do not sell internationally and GDPR does not apply to my business.
When I emailed them saying I do not have it turned on, and have not besides a couple of hours the first day, I asked what was going on. They gave me a generic non-answer. Seems really fishy to me.
I told them I didn't trust what was happening and that I'm uninstalling the app. Their own employee, Sergey, told me "Sorry, uninstall."

Im not here to have my time wasted. App says it supports multilanguage.
It does not, it only has the dashboard in multiple languages.
Misleading - change your listing and ill change my review.
Languages - this is the issue.
English, Chinese (Simplified), Danish, French, German, Italian, Korean, Spanish, Swedish, and Hindi

To clarify, our app does not explicitly mention multi-language support in our app listing. However, we do support multiple languages in the back end of the system, and our app allows for customizing the front-end language by editing the text in the widget, although it only supports one language at a time.
