A had a minor issue understanding how to navigate the app and it's function but after contacting them, they were very quick with their response and was able to help me. Tho this app isn't highly ranked yet I believe that it's good, especially for the price, and has a lot of useful functions as well. I highly recommend!!

Good support from company. Pricing model is a % of sales instead of the monthly fee. Staff are helpful. 10/10.

However, can't say the same for Shopify platform itself. Has gone down- can't recommend at all. Overpriced and poor value for money. Very poor support as well.

This is by far one of the best apps I've ever used, not just as an upselling app but for ALL apps I have ever dabbled with on Shopify. The user experience is so easy and enjoyable and I can see it already working for my store within 3 days of installing. I had some technical understanding to do so i raised a ticket and within a day, I had a 30 minute google meet with an actual person named Reda and he was super helpful. All in all I'm staying with this app coz it really works, is easy to use, is really beautifully made but above all, has great people behind it. I could not recommend it enough.
