There was a few times within the last year that Shopify’s checkout was out and our sales per hour went from the thousands to zero. Must have app for anyone running paid ads. If you're running paid ads, and the site goes down you're literally burning money. Knowing if a domain or Shopify in general is up or down is important. But you want to know what is even more important? - our customer flows. Like from landing on page, to selecting variants, adding to cart and more. Uptime is exceptionally easy and remarkably valuable to us. We were using tools to monitor up and down of base URLS, but had nothing that was adding into his the ability to replicate flows with an easy to use recording tool, and then stacking on-top of this the Shopify status alerts too. There are smart ways to alert our various teams in slack and email of a problem. Knowing, very quickly, if we have broken something is priceless the moment we need it.
