I had a lot of questions that were answered very thoroughly. My main complaint is you don't get the faster shipping unless you have 50 orders or more a day so you will not get local shipping unless you have 50 orders a day or more that's my main complaint but they did say that I could pay, extra for Xpress shipping faster shipping at the time of purchase, but I don't know what that cost is so it's hard to charge more for shipping if I'm not sure what those cost are, but they were very helpful on all the other things explained a lot they ship worldwide if you make 50 items or more or orders of more a day then you can get shipping shipping

USA drop is the best way to get started with drop shipping. It is a little complicated at first, but you fall into rhythm after exploring for a bit. Their service is very good, responding almost immediately to any question. They also give a you a sales agent to help you ship out orders. Overall, USA drop is definitely the go-to for starting a dropshipping business.

USER / USER / MY EXPERIENCE and advice: dont sell small items, middle or bigger sized items have better QUOTES
I am so far very pleased, I have good experience, customer service is great. Now I am waiting for my first order to be fullfilled so lets see how that will go, I will let know in the review how was my experience. I am using this service from Europe.
edit next day: my order was quoted 19,2 times higher than the price estimated on the website for my country. (the price was supposed to be 0,5 dollars, quoted 9,6 dollars). I was given reasonable explanation, and I am now removing this item from my store and I ordered another first test item. lets see if number 2 will be better luck. I will change my review according to next experience.
another edit after 72 hours: still no quote for my orders.
another edit after 76 hours: turned out they misunderstood me and thought the orders were test, so thats why they didnt quote for 72 hours. I can understand that, because I had a lot of questions around it, as I am still setting up my shop and its a learning experience, also with the payments etc etc, there is a lot. so after I clarified that I actualy also want to process the orders, they immediately quoted, one of the quotes was 7.80 and it was exected to be 8.10, which is amazing! lovely. another product was quoted higher, but its due to the size, and I learned the first 19.2 times higher quote was also due to the size. so now I am happy, I can see this working well for my shop, I just cant sell too small items, or I will have to put additionaly shipping payment fee on them. to be fair, this all seems very reasonable and realistic, if we realize how the products are actualy moving around the globe, so I am glad I had this learning experience now, and I am pleased with the service.

I've been working with USAdrop for about 6 months now. Michael and his team is very professional and response very fast with my queries. However, had a few miscommunications with them which cost us some time. But all in all, service was good and those looking at a reliable agent should hook them up.

My original agent, Michael got in touch with me and told me that he was on a business trip and asked another agent to help out with my orders. He told me he found out about what happened and told me that we will continue to process orders at the quoted price since it wasnt a mistake. He refunded the amount i paid extra and said he was sorry for the inconvenience. Michael was very helpful and understanding of the situation, he knows how to speak to customers and even gave some insight on new products.. Give this man a raise.

After processing with them 9k of my money on orders i am just done. Was with CJ in the past and processed with them over 200k of my own money, offered me great support, great discounts, great everything. I decided to move to USAdrop because i believed it was a lot promising. And in the begining when i switched on in 2022 it was all perfect. The gave me good prices, fast shipping times, quick support, complete experience, thought i had found a better alternative!
I took a break from work for more than 8months. Now 2023 wanted to start over again and said yeah why not go with USAdrop. Well i started with them a new store. Sourced a product, was crazy expensive. Could find it on aliexpress for 25 and alibaba 10-15(prices include shipping). They quoted it at 36!! I got in touch with support through telegram. After 3 days i got a response and a very nice quote of 11 usd shipped! Even though the support took time i was amazed but not for long.
Processed the first order, all good. Second order comes in, in another variation, thats where the issues started. The product was getting quoted again.. They quoted me with 26usd. When i got in touch they took 4 days to answer to me and told me that its a good quote and that the previous was a mistake from the agent and now i gotta pay extra for my orders + they needed to charge extra my first order, even though the only reason i run the product it was the quote i got.
Anyways not recomended, they don't really care about the customer even if they see that the potential is huge. Support takes ages, quotes are same or even worst than aliexpress, like whaaat. You are better off just sourcing your products from alibaba suppliers directly, thats exactly what they do anyways.
If i do not get any satisfactory support and reimbursement i will just switch to CJ which was fair with me or just process from agents/alibaba suppliers.
