I had to change my review. The items never came in 5-8 days as claimed. I had a product delivered to my home and the "card" that was inside was awful quality.

After a few hours with Cici I went from wanting to leave USADrop to finally understanding everything. Not only did she help me with learning USADrop tools but she was also able to walk me through everything I needed to do on Shopify as well. I have a lot of sales agent and when I try to cooperate with USAdrop, they give me the best price with the same Service Standard and shipping Time compared to other fulfillment company like CJ dropshipping. I can scale my business when I get more margin.

I accidentally ended up adding money to the wallet and there is any way I can get it back or buy something but there is any form to make an order to at least buy something I do not know how they work I am tryin to get help maybe I can buy something or get my money back cos I will not use this app
