I Cannot Even Register To Open App On My Shopify Store.. It Asks For a phone Number, To send A Code, Which Doesn't Work...I've Tried And Tried But It Doesn't Work. Super Frustrating.

Rude, unresponsive and unprofessional - their agent Sirena Chen took 24 hours to respond to my first WhatsApp and telegram message.
She did not read my simple question in detail. Her useless response told me she had not checked the information which I had sent her
It took her 5 mins to respond to anything on WhatsApp.
She would not tell me what their working hours and days were. Until I asked her three times.
Do they speak English? Translator?
Unlike their competitors they only work very specific days and hours which you won’t find advertised. So unless you’re telepathic?…good luck.
She said I was rude for disturbing her dinner.
I raised a compliant info@ and no one responded to that after 12 hours.
I’m a first time customer and this was just for a basic sourcing quote.
I will now disconnect my store and take my business elsewhere.
Even if they respond to this - they won’t tell you who specifically is the person responding as they hide behind the USADrop name.

I've been working with USAdrop for about 6 months now. Michael and his team is very professional and response very fast with my queries. However, had a few miscommunications with them which cost us some time. But all in all, service was good and those looking at a reliable agent should hook them up.

I just recently switched from CJ to USA drop, my agent is April, great communication with him, he was able to help me going through every steps and set up the whole thing so I wouldnt need to worry about a thing and focus on the sale. highly recommended.

Updated review: April my agent ended up handling my situation very nicely. April is 5 stars. what brings this down to 3 stars is the customer service not providing contact info and the company making cancelling a policy harder than it should be. It amazes me that the companies reply is apologizing for my agents lack of communication instead of addressing their customer service and cancellation policies. If it wasn't for April I would have left my review at 1 star Old review: I have been trying to cancel my plan with USA drop for 15 days now. Customer service told me they could not cancel. I had to speak with my agent "Megan" but did not provide any contact info. I didn't even know I had an agent. When I asked for her contact info they then stated that my agent was April and I would need to contact her. Again no contact info was provided. SO, I emailed again requesting this info. I hate leaving bad reviews for any company but this is wrong. If not resolved today I will spend the weekend contacting shopify, the BBB, my cc company (as I will not be paying for a service I requested be cancelled) and using facebook, instagram, twitter, tiktok and youtube media platforms to raise awareness about this company. I really hope I don't have to go down this path.

Customer service is the worst I've seen yet. All the people recommending Usadrop seem to be affiliate marketers. I opened a 2nd drop shipping store and was excited to use this supplier but I quickly realized they were not going to be reliable. Customer service is nonexistent and when you finally get someone they don't help because they don't stick around long enough for you to tell them what you need assistance with. Horrible. Don't recommend.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of using USADrop and I must say, the level of customer service provided was extremely disappointing. The response times from their "agents" were unbelievably slow, leaving me on read for days before receiving a reply. It was frustrating to have to wait for such an extended period for a simple response.
Even worse, there were instances where my inquiries were completely ignored, forcing me to resort to spamming them just to get a reply. This lack of attentiveness and disregard for customers' concerns is simply unacceptable.
Given the plethora of other options available in the market, I cannot in good conscience recommend USADrop to anyone. Their slow response times and poor customer service reflect a lack of professionalism and a disregard for their customers' satisfaction.
I strongly advise exploring alternative services that prioritize efficient communication and responsive customer support. Save yourself the frustration and seek out better options for your needs.
Overall, my experience with USADrop has been nothing short of disappointing, and I regret choosing their service.
Additionally, another major drawback of using USADrop is the inability to cancel your subscription directly within the app. Instead, you are required to go through the hassle of contacting their agents to initiate the cancellation process.

This is the worst service I´ve ever used. Tracking can´t be copied or hasn´t been provided even when I asked several times. They lied about the shipping service. I would not recommend this app.

My original agent, Michael got in touch with me and told me that he was on a business trip and asked another agent to help out with my orders. He told me he found out about what happened and told me that we will continue to process orders at the quoted price since it wasnt a mistake. He refunded the amount i paid extra and said he was sorry for the inconvenience. Michael was very helpful and understanding of the situation, he knows how to speak to customers and even gave some insight on new products.. Give this man a raise.

After processing with them 9k of my money on orders i am just done. Was with CJ in the past and processed with them over 200k of my own money, offered me great support, great discounts, great everything. I decided to move to USAdrop because i believed it was a lot promising. And in the begining when i switched on in 2022 it was all perfect. The gave me good prices, fast shipping times, quick support, complete experience, thought i had found a better alternative!
I took a break from work for more than 8months. Now 2023 wanted to start over again and said yeah why not go with USAdrop. Well i started with them a new store. Sourced a product, was crazy expensive. Could find it on aliexpress for 25 and alibaba 10-15(prices include shipping). They quoted it at 36!! I got in touch with support through telegram. After 3 days i got a response and a very nice quote of 11 usd shipped! Even though the support took time i was amazed but not for long.
Processed the first order, all good. Second order comes in, in another variation, thats where the issues started. The product was getting quoted again.. They quoted me with 26usd. When i got in touch they took 4 days to answer to me and told me that its a good quote and that the previous was a mistake from the agent and now i gotta pay extra for my orders + they needed to charge extra my first order, even though the only reason i run the product it was the quote i got.
Anyways not recomended, they don't really care about the customer even if they see that the potential is huge. Support takes ages, quotes are same or even worst than aliexpress, like whaaat. You are better off just sourcing your products from alibaba suppliers directly, thats exactly what they do anyways.
If i do not get any satisfactory support and reimbursement i will just switch to CJ which was fair with me or just process from agents/alibaba suppliers.
