So far I am giving this app 5 star. I have not officially used it yet, but the customer service/support team was awesome with helping me setup the app for a subscription box service I wanted to start. Every question answered every thing I needed granted.

I had a problem managing some backend subscriptions such as updating and changing items for customers. Contacted support and they were able to help me with my problem within 24 hours with a custom solution.
Before installing an app, we compared all the options and this app was the best value for money. With Paypal Express, it is now also possible to use the app without Shopify Payments. This was incredibly important for us, as Shopify Payments has not yet been launched in our country. The installation of the app is also very simple and well documented. Depending on the theme, however, there may be some reworking of the code. But the people from Thimatic are there to help and solve any problems very quickly. The customer support really deserves a mention here. Even before we bought the app, we received very good advice by email. Great subscription solution, with probably the most reasonable pricing structure out there. Also works well with their other app solutions which we will eventually delve into. Customer support was very speedy and helpful (thanks Jigs).
