Awesome app with awesome customer support. They are always there to help with all the issues we just had. Highly recommended.
I was having issues setting up my account and the staff was super helpful. Jack P, the App Executive Manager helped me and he was great.
We've been in business over 10 years and we've never had a subscription product. This app allowed us to get setup very quickly and efficiently. We had questions and needed some help and the team was absolutely fantastic. Quick responses, screenshots and excellent support. Pricing is on point too. We were looking for a cost effective app to introduce a subscription service to our customers. After some research, we landed on Native Subscription and have been really pleased with how it performs and particularly impressed by the customer service - we have limited tech resources - the Native Subscription team have been incredibly responsive and helpful - responding within 24 hours of query and solution sorted shortly after. In addition, we have been impressed how positively they have taken on feedback and made adjustments to their app to better serve our customers.
The team are quick to assist and have been helpful with our transfer so far. I did send a small wishlist of inclusions that they have told me are underway. From the update log, I can see they have come a long way since early this year with new features being added at a rapid rate. I have high hopes for using this app for many of my other brands. I just need to get better at transferring existing subscriptions over.
Fast customer service and support when I needed help with some customization, they requested access and fixed the issue almost immediately. Generous trial period too.
