This app is amazing. It is very easy to use and the team behind it are extremely helpful. I have asked a few questions and always get a response very fast. My subscriptions are easy to manage and my customers are very happy.
Integration of the app has not been straight forward but the support team from Native have been very responsive in troubleshooting any issue we've faced. So far so good. Highly recommend.

Love this subscription app! It was easy to use and the one minor question I had was answered very quickly and resolved by Jigs in their support group. I previously used a different app which was much more complicated. This has been a tremendous asset to my shop and I love it.

Awesome support - Jigs P. has helped me on two occasions now - first was with a better understanding of how the program works (Shopify controls all the billing) and the latest is when we uploaded a new theme. Native has been super easy to use so far. There are a ton of customization options and it's all very self-explanatory. However, my main takeaway is how great the support team is and how they are always available for help. I've installed several new lines of code thanks to the support team.
