I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the outstanding experience I've had with Native Subscriptions on Shopify. Your app has truly exceeded my expectations, and I am thoroughly impressed with its functionality and performance. I appreciate the extensive range of features you offers. It has not only streamlined my processes but has also added significant value to my Shopify store.

The user interface is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for even those with limited technical knowledge to navigate and utilize the app effectively.

The support team has been exceptional in addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Their responsiveness has made my journey with [App Name] even more enjoyable.

I tried 3 other apps before I finally found this one. It's the only one of it's kind. I needed a way for customers to both build their own mix and match bundle AND be able to subscribe to that bundle. This was perfect for it. Great support for CSS customization as well.

Great support response for helping us set up the app. Simple and intuitive it seems to offer everything we need for our subscriptions and build a box. We already had one subscription come in a few hours after launching it. WOuld recommend as great value.

There are/were many positive things about this app and this company. You can see my original review down below which I left before we got to the first round of recurring billings.

I've had to revise my review, because the system is not capable of effectively rebilling for Paypal or Apple Pay...but the system is also not able to selectively 'block' guests from using Paypal or Apple Pay when initiating the purchase of a subscription product. The result here is that we've lost thousands of dollars of recurring subscription guests as their accounts are getting auto-cancelled when their payments fail over and over again.

We've spoken to Apple, Paypal, Authorize, Shopify and the team from Utterbond/Native. They all point their fingers at anyone but themselves. None of them are willing to take responsibility for fixing it. It seems to me that the developer of the app should step up and start communicating directly with Shopify and, if necessary, the people at Apple and Paypal. But telling me that I should just keep begging Shopify, Apple and Paypal to take care of it isn't helping. It is also not helpful that the people at Apple and Paypal are saying to talk to Shopify, and the people at Shopify are saying that I should talk to the app developer. But in the end here, it is the app developer offering the service. They need to step forward and resolve this before I lose another round of subscription customers.

I would suggest not using this app until you can confirm with the people at Utterbond/Native that this issue is 100% resolved. Do not let them put the responsibility for fixing this problem on your shoulders, because you won't have any way to fix it. The fix lies within the code somewhere, and they are the only ones with access to that code. Not Shopify, Apple or Paypal. The developers need to fix their product.

After vetting many options, this was the only one with the flexibility to handle the complex set of requirements that we have. In addition to one of the most complete out-of-the-box solutions, they are very helpful with custom development if you sign up for the highest priced plan.

Customer support has been consistently available, friendly and understanding of the special needs we have for our business.
