From migration from Shopify 1 to Shopify 2, Lohit specifically the team member I dealt with, went above and beyond to investigate and find legacy code from previous Apps, and also explain in easy to understand ways, not technical.

I think that this feature should be standard in Shopify so I'm really grateful that we found this app. We have a lot of variable products, some even have 50+ variations and without this app the product page would be very messy. Highly recommend!

I can highly recommend with the Variant Image Automator solution, we have been working with other StarApps solutions as well for several years and must say that both theirs solutions and service are outstanding.

App itself is a bit clunky, slow, and doesn't convert images to AVIF or WEBP. Great customer service though when something broke on our site.

Our store just recently switched over to a paid Shopify Theme and our variant images were all jumbled up (even though we already had this integration) and with the help of StarApps amazing team, they were able to help me fix my issue with ease, and they even noticed other things that needed fixing that helped me inprove my store! Would recommend this app when using multiple pictures of different variants for your products. Needed help today and had my issue solved within a couple minutes, due to my own mistake.

Awesome service all-around. Works great in my store and really cleans up the look. Customer service handled everything in a matter of minutes via Chat.

So I was with the problem because the app wasn't working properly, than I got in the chat and Mr Tushar helped me in the best eficcient way, in one hour all my problems regarding to this app were solved!!! It's 2am in here and now I can go and have a good night sleep! Once again, thank you Mr Tushar!

Extremely disappointing experience. I downloaded the app and it worked fine on desktop, but on mobile it completely erased my images—just three hours before our launch.

There was no clear guidance or timeline to ensure everything would function properly.

I ended up switching to a different app, and it worked immediately.
