Unparalleled support, hands down! The app is great. It does exactly what we need it to do. But all apps are great when when everything is peachy. An app’s true colors are shown through the actions of the support team when something is needed. We had one scenario where the app wasn’t quite working as desired, reached out at a random hour and, to our surprise, received a response within minutes.
