The point is that the team is very efficient.
Sometimes there were problems with compatibility between the app and the template, but they were quickly resolved after feedback to them.

Best custom product options is an essential app for my store! All my tie racks that I make are customizable so my customers choose their size, wood, and hardware finish. I was limited by the 100 variations on my regular listings, but this app has been a game changer. I started using the basic edition, but was missing out on revenue from price upgrades for a few of my options. So I upgraded to the advance plan, but the prices weren't being added in the cart. A quick email to the Relentless team and they fixed some code and I just had my first order with price add-ons that covered my next months subscription price. Thank y'all so much for making this app!
