Swatch King: Variants Options

I have been facing some trouble to import all my color swatches but the support was very helpful ! it will be great to have the functionality to update swatch colors by importing only one file and not go through each product group and update them manually

The app has been performing well on our store, no real hiccups, but for questions and queries, the timeline for waiting for a response has been frustrating.

Recently support has been taking a long time to respond. For example, I sent multiple messages to support on 16th June, and now it's 19th June, and am still waiting for a response.

I hope this improves. Otherwise, it's an awesome app. But being let down by slow service at the moment.

We like what we can do with the app. We have been using it for more than a year.
However our experience with the support team has been quite dismal.
Sometimes there are little glitches in the app performance, and while it should be obvious to the app developers, one has to try really hard to make them understand. For instance, in our case, the swatches group title was showing (like an orphan) on product page even when all swatches were hidden due to the them being sold out. Why should there be a group title when there are no swatches underneath it? Obvious glitch. We asked them to fix it. They simply disabled all swatches from all product pages!! On other occasions also we faced difficulty receiving simple solutions. We dont have issues with what the app can or cannot do. It is simply an issue of a very amateur support team.

Just installed the app, so I can't speak how reliable it is, but it seems to be exactly what we were looking for. Customer support is excellent.

I was having trouble adjusting the variants to my liking, reached out to their support and everything was fixed in a couple of hours!! thank you so much for being so responsive and helpful. i highly recommend this app and happy holidays!

Great service and App. I had to du some adjustments and the service provided was great, they helped me with changes with no problem and very quickly. Great variants they work pretty well.

Highly recommend you use this app for your swatches. Swatches came out great and they helped get them on my collection page as well as product page. Customer service was fast and able to accomplish everything I asked for.

Suddenly on 2023 customer support has literally disappeared, layout in my store is all messed up, they are not responding any email or giving feedback. Now i'm looking for an option to replace this app that will bring me so many extra hours of work.
