Invaluable app and great customer support when needed (which is almost never). Easy setup and increased our conversion rate dramatically.

The support from Swatch King is excellent. Lohit helped me very quickly and clearly with my issue and really took the time to understand what was going on.

What I appreciate most is that he didn’t just respond, but actively worked towards a proper solution and made sure everything was working as expected.

After been having serious issues with the app many years ago that impacted our revenue seriously the app developer decided to give us FREE OF CHARGE LIFETIME usage of the app.
A few months ago they started to charge us for the app anyway.
We have reached out to the app developer several times that have promised to oversee the transactions and refund us for the wrong charges but nothing has been done and they continue to charge us.
Will report to Shopify.
Stay away from this app for all means - hire a coder to do it one-time for you - it will be much cheaper.

Variants is an excellent app for displaying product variants in a clean and professional way. The swatches look great, load fast, and significantly improve the customer experience on our store. Setup was simple and customization options are very flexible. The support team is also responsive and helpful whenever needed. Highly recommended for anyone wanting better variant presentation and improved conversions!
