Either the menu in our store in desktop is not showing or the menu on mobile version are not showing. Asked for it to be fixed 2 weeks i go i guess. Maybe more time ago and they still have not fixed the issue. Its important to remember i am a paying customer. I guess they dont work in their app anymore or something like that.

In fact, previously, whenever you had any issues, we were always there to help you resolve them. Recently, we received your message stating that the language in your store was not displaying, and we explained to you that this was due to your setup in Shopify admin. We responded to you via email as well as through live chat. We just want to say that we are still actively supporting our cooperative and understanding customers. We also hope that our other customers actively check their emails to receive responses via email when they cannot be online on live chat. Thank you for being a part of Veda’s customer base. Horrible app, not easy to navigate, very unintuitive, highly limited. I subscribed to the advanced plan, and it's still very restricted. Support takes a long time to respond. I don't recommend this app, a terrible experience, and the worst part is I have to pay $39.00 for something I can't even use properly. I want to cancel this subscription, and even that is hard to access

Veda has a lot of beautiful pages and sections. Furthermore, they have a very prompt and responsible customer service team too. Highly recommended.

Gran app, ha sido una gran experiencia, una interfaz simple, con una curva de aprendizaje corta, hay algunas cosas que podrían mejorar para que sea más fácil de entender, pero sin lugar a dudas es el mejor constructor que he usado. Por cierto el servicio al cliente es muy eficiente.
These guys were super helpful, I stumbled up on a few issues and they resolved it in no time. Thank you Eric, Juan and Chloe you guys are the best
Really useful app
I was hunting for a free plan that would let me build and publish more than 3 pages for free (the majority seem to only offer 3 free pages and then you have to pay). Veda lets you publish 17 which is more than enough for my needs.
The app is super easy to use and you can create great product pages even on the free plan. I had some questions and Erlic, the live chat assistant, replied within minutes. They were extremely helpful and polite. I'm really impressed so far!!!
