This app is a must have if you are an active seller looking to sell across multiple selling platforms. Editing between multiple stores in one app is a game changer. Vela also listens to their customers which has been evident over the last few years. I have directly interacted with one of the creators of Vela, so customer service does not get any better. Buckle up because Vela will be expanding to new selling platforms in the very near future.

Super happy with the customer service for this app. I was able to get help right away through the chat, and then even through Zoom. A lot of intensive one on one help and questions answered! I am able to use Vela to update my listings and save SO much time. Also really excited about the new features coming out!

Only edit 1 product by 1, cannot bulk edit. Take caution before use

I started using Vela for my Etsy shop and I honestly dreaded how I was going to copy all of my listings over to Shopify once I opened my own store but using Vela made it so easy to copy them all over, especially since my catalog is over 250 SKU's. The bulk editing feature is really useful, especially for photos that are specific for Etsy listings. Support is really helpful and responsive as well.

I have been using Get Vela for about 15 months now and every time I think I have it all figured out, I find yet more capabilities that I didn't even know about! It is constantly evolving and improving and makes my life so much easier in listing on Shopify and Etsy (and soon - eBay too). In addition, Justin and his team are always available to help whenever I have a question - even a silly one! Lastly, they are the ONLY POD-associated company that has ever reached out to me to ask what I thought and what I needed, how I used the Vela platform and what could be done better. That sort of customer care is rare and I am thankful for it! Great job guys - I'm with you for the long haul :-)

I've used Vela for years, and it saves so much time. They regularly add new features, and the creators are just a message away, and still very hands-on. Amazing app and such a time saver, packs in loads of handy features.

This app is the best way I've found to get into and edit backend information for both Shopify and Etsy. It's also easy to move listings from one platform to the other! And now that they are coming out with importable updates, changing prices will be easier than ever. I also love the timed update feature, I use this quite often to put things on sale - and then to take things off sale again. No more forgetting!

As someone managing over 2,500 products, I can confidently say that Vela is a lifesaver! Adding bulk variations to listings used to be a daunting, time-consuming task—until I discovered this app. In just two clicks, I was able to add five variations to 148 listings! The time this saved me is unbelievable.

Price almost doubled for no reason at all - who asked for all this AI garbage? Why does the "Lite" plan have limited profiles whereas the top level plan which matches the Lite pricing did not have this limitation?

This app has solved many of the problems I've had that Shopify alone could not solve. Replacing a color chart on my 700+ listings was completed in a matter of minutes! The customer service was fantastic and answered my question very quickly!

Update: Feb 2025 - still using the app to tackle tasks! My shop needed an update to the shipping method and I needed to add weights to each variant on every listing. I edited 1 listing, created a profile for the shipping info and applied to all my other listings at once. It's incredible how easy it is to use this app and the customer service is THE BEST. I get responses within minutes if not the same minute
