Super happy with the customer service for this app. I was able to get help right away through the chat, and then even through Zoom. A lot of intensive one on one help and questions answered! I am able to use Vela to update my listings and save SO much time. Also really excited about the new features coming out!

I’ve only been using Vela for about a month now, but it has saved me an incredible amount of manual work. What used to take a considerable amount of time now takes just a fraction of that time.

FURTHER UPDATE Feb 26: The product remains a great product, but ive now reduced my score from 5 to 3 stars as the pricing model is now too expensive. The number of products i have in my store should have no bearing whatsoever on the cost to use the app. Disappointed that this pricing model has been implemented. Have now uninstalled and looking for an alternative.

I just wanted to post again to say that this is perhaps the most helpful app I have in my toolbox. It saves me so much time in managing my huge range of products and is so easy to use. Hats off to the VELA team! This is a fantastic app! It's really helped me to get through updating a significant number of products with ease. I've also had great support from Justin. when I've needed a bit of hand-holding. I consider this app an absolute MUST for those of us with 1'000s of products!

I've used Vela for years, and it saves so much time. They regularly add new features, and the creators are just a message away, and still very hands-on. Amazing app and such a time saver, packs in loads of handy features.

This app is the best way I've found to get into and edit backend information for both Shopify and Etsy. It's also easy to move listings from one platform to the other! And now that they are coming out with importable updates, changing prices will be easier than ever. I also love the timed update feature, I use this quite often to put things on sale - and then to take things off sale again. No more forgetting!

A Total Game-Changer for Bulk Product Management!

As someone managing over 2,500 products, I can confidently say that Vela is a lifesaver! Adding bulk variations to listings used to be a daunting, time-consuming task—until I discovered this app. In just two clicks, I was able to add five variations to 148 listings! The time this saved me is unbelievable.

No more messing with intimidating CSV files or tedious manual updates. The interface is intuitive, and the process is seamless. Plus, their customer support is outstanding (shoutout to Justin!)—quick, responsive, and genuinely helpful when I had a question.

This app has solved many of the problems I've had that Shopify alone could not solve. Replacing a color chart on my 700+ listings was completed in a matter of minutes! The customer service was fantastic and answered my question very quickly!

Update: Feb 2025 - still using the app to tackle tasks! My shop needed an update to the shipping method and I needed to add weights to each variant on every listing. I edited 1 listing, created a profile for the shipping info and applied to all my other listings at once. It's incredible how easy it is to use this app and the customer service is THE BEST. I get responses within minutes if not the same minute

I like being able to edit my listings in Vela, over doing it on etsy and shopify. Vela allows me to copy over my listings from Etsy to Shopify and edit them before uploading at my pace. I appreciate the speed that this app has gained over the years I've used it. I've been using it for many years to edit my etsy listings in ways etsy doesn't allow and it made sense to use them for my shopify too.

I really enjoyed using the app but the price changes were far too expensive for me. When the only tools I need are to sync listings from Etsy to Shopify, 50USD a month is staggering. Especially considering I only add around 30 listings each month...

I wish there was an option for limited features. I don't need AI generation or social share, I simply need to copy listings from one platform to another. I don't need to sync inventories between the two platforms. Again, I simply needed to copy one listing from one platform to another.

I'll be back if the pricing structure ever changes.

I sell on Etsy as well as Shopify. Transferring my products from my Etsy store to my Shopify store via Vela has been smooth and easy! I've been able to learn on my own how to do everything, and if I can't figure it out, there's plenty of Youtube videos out there, and the Vela team always responds to my questions via chat. They walk me through all the steps, until I understand. If you are an Etsy seller, this app is a must!
